Cancellation Policy

To help ensure you get the most out of your time with us and at your appointments, please read over our policies below prior to your initial consultation. Staff will refer to the booking deposit and cancellation policy from time to time in conversation and when booking appointments.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we ask that you do this as soon as possible via calling the practice. This allows us to accept other patients who want to book that time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice of the scheduled appointment time will result in a $50 cancellation fee or the forfeit of your deposit.

For long appointments or specialist surgeon bookings, if you rescheduled prior to the 24-hour period of your appointment, the deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date.

FAILURE TO ATTEND APPOINTMENTS

Failing to attend an appointment will result in a $50 fee or the loss of your deposit. If you fail to attend your appointment, we will request a deposit of $50 in advance before we will make a future appointment.
